Supercrackinette 9a+ pour Julia Chanourdie – Supercrackinette 9a+ by Julia Chanourdie

Décidément, St-Léger du Ventoux est le théâtre de superbes performances cet hiver ! Elle était tombée tout en haut le week-end dernier et on la savait très proche, la croix est tombée aujourd’hui ! Julia Chanourdie réalise la première féminine de “Super Crackinette” le 9a+ mythique du secteur Praniania ! C’est la 4ème ascension de la voie après Alex Megos (première), Adam Ondra (flash) et Gérome Pouvreau.

Sur son compte Instagram, Julia savoure “Fin d’une belle bataille qui aura maintenu le suspens jusqu’au bout…” Avec une ténacité sans faille, Julia a mené un bras de fer de deux mois en allant régulièrement se frotter à ce projet, et cela a fini par payer ! Elle avait déjà coché deux 9a avec “Ground zero” au toit de Sarre et “La Cabane au Canada” au Rawyl. “Supercrackinette” devient son premier 9a+. C’est tout simplement la plus haute perf’ réalisée par une fille française en falaise ! Plus d’infos à venir !

St-Léger du Ventoux, France is definitely the theatre of superb performances this winter! She was falling at the top and was close last week-end, she climbed it today! Julia Chanourdie did the first female ascent of “Supercrackinette” 9a+ in Praniania sector. It’s the 4th ascent of the route after Megos (first ascent), Ondra (flash) and Pouvreau.

On her Instagram account, Julia enjoys ” Finally, I see the end of a pretty hard battle…” Thanks to a high tenacity, she could close a 2 months battle in this route after regular visits in this project, and it finally worked! Before this send, she has ticked 2 9a with “Ground 0” in Tetto di Sarre and “La Cabane au Canada” in Rawyl. “Supercrackinette” is her first 9a+. And it’s the highest send done by a French female climber! More to come…
