Quelques filles y avait fait du 8c, certaines avait cotoyé le 8c+ avec “Battle cat” (première féminine par Lena Herrmann en 2016), voici que Chiara Hanke franchit un nouveau pallier avec le premier 9a féminin dans le Frankenjura et aussi le premier 9a féminin allemand ! La grimpeuse de 25 ans a enchaîné “Severed the wicked hand” aujourd’hui au lever du jour : à 6h du matin avant la hausse des températures pour son premier 9a ! Cette voie située à Hägender Stein ouverte par Markus Bock en 2011 comptait jusqu’alors 5 ascensions : Bock, Megos, Moroni, Ondra et Welt. La voie propose un pas de bloc d’entrée en 8A bloc avant 15 mètres de furieuse résistance. Maintenant établie dans le Nord du Frankenjura pour ses études, Chiara Hanke avait déjà une belle liste de croix ici à son actif : “Wallstreet” 8c, “Klondike Cat” 8c, “Odd felows” 8c, “Lost Schnuller” 8c et “Battle cat” 8c+ ! Few girls have done 8c in the Frankenjura, some others climbed 8c+ with “Battle cat” after the first female ascent by Lena Herrmann in 2016, Chiara Hanke goes to a new step with the first female 9a in the Frankenjura, and the first 9a climbed by a German woman ! The 25 years old local just climbed “Severed the wicked hand” at 6am in the morning before the heat for her first 9a ! This route located in Hägender Stein has been opened by Marku Bock in 2011. 5 ascents have been done : Bock, Megos, Moroni, Ondra and Welt. The route offers an 8A intro boulder before a furious resistance section of 15 meters. Now living in the North of Frankenjura for her studies, Chiara has ever nice send under her belt with “Wallstreet” 8c, “Klondike Cat” 8c, “Odd felows” 8c, “Lost Schnuller” 8c and “Battle cat” 8c+.
