– Martin Stranik nous gratifie d’une première ascension sur le site de Vesec dans le Nord de la République tchèque en pleine tempête de neige, avec un mouvement particulièrement tordu en rétablissement. Voici “Teorie Tygra” 8B+. Il faut être givré pour grimper avec ses conditions !
– Martin Stranik climbs a new extreme boulder during a huge snowstorm. Check out that awkward move before the mantle! “Teorie Tygra” 8B+ is born! It’s located in Vesec, in the North of the Czech Republic.
– Ryohei Kameyama nous offre la vidéo de la 2ème ascension de “Kuzan” 8C sur le site de Mie au Japon. Ce bloc avait été établi par Toshi Takeushi en 2017 est une extension de “Borsalino” 8B+ ouvert en 2016 par Tatsuya Muraoka.

– Pol Roca vient d’établir un des blocs les plus difficiles de Catalogne et du pays avec la première ascension d’un gros panneau en toît sur le site de Taradell nommé “Purple panther”. Cette ligne en plein pentu a été imaginée par Chris Sharma propose 2 mouvements finaux extrêmes dont ce ballant incroyable qui ont demandé à Pol 20 jours de travail sur 3 mois. Il propose 8C, sa seconde proposition à ce niveau après “Boulder blaster” à La Comarca, toujours non-répété. – Pol Roca just established one of the hardest boulders of Catalunya and Spain with the first ascent of a big roof called “Purple Panther”, 8C. This very impressive line was imagined by Chris Sharma himself with 2 extreme moves at the end, including this incredible swing, which took Pol 20 days of work over a 3 months period. It’s Pol’s second proposition at this grade after “Boulder blaster” in La Comarca, still unrepeated.

– Le bloc extrême à la mode des US en période hivernale est sans nul doute le 8C+ de “Sleepwalker” V16 à Red Rocks, avec début janvier une répétition de Nathan Williams, 22 ans, qui paraît extrêmement facile dans le passage ! C’est la 5ème ascension du bloc.
– The famous winter boulder in the US is for sure “Sleepwalker” 8C+, located in Red Rocks. At the beginning of this year, young crusher Nathan Williams, 22, did the 5th ascent of the problem. In the video below, he looks so easy!
– Aux US toujours, c’est Shawn Raboutou qui s’illustre avec une nouvelle première ascension en 8C+ avec “Big Z” au lac Tahoe (Nevada), un projet imaginé par Jimmy Webb il y a quelques années. C’est la seconde proposition de Shawn à ce niveau après “Off the wagon sit” à Val Bavona en Suisse.
– In the US again, Shawn Raboutou did the first ascent of an extreme project located in Tahoe, Nevada, with “Big Z” 8C+. The line was attempted by Jimmy Webb a few years ago. Its Shawn’s second proposition in the V16 range after “Off the wagon sit” in Val Bavona, Switzerland.
