Histoire de terminer la saison à Céüse et de faire écho à la dernière répétition de la voie par Seb Bouin ce printemps qui marquait le début des hostilités au col des Guérins, le falaisiste espagnol Jorge Diaz-Rullo est venu dernièrement à bout de son projet de 2 étés, la célèbre “Bibliographie” 9b+, pour la 5ème ascension de la voie après Megos, Ghisolfi, Bailey et Bouin. “Bibliographie” se décompose en un 8b+ d’approche, un 8A+ bloc et un 9a de conti. Dure, longue, aléatoire, à conditions, la voie ne se laisse pas dompter. La fin d’un long siège et de plusieurs séjours à Céüse pour Jorge, qui a travaillé la voie un nombre incalculable de séances et qui était sur place depuis début septembre, ainsi que tout mai-juin. C’est le second 9b+ gravi par Jorge cette année après la première ascension de “Mejorando la Samfaina” à Margalef, et sa voie répétée la plus dure, lui qui avait jusqu’alors quelques 9b au compteur réalisés au pays. Voici ci-dessous en fin d’article la fin de son run d’enchainement, avec la joie et la libération de la croix après tant d’essais et de journées passées dans la voie. Bravo !
To finish the season at Céüse and echo Seb Bouin’s last repeat of the route this spring, which marked the start of hostilities at Col des Guérins, Spanish rockclimber Jorge Diaz-Rullo recently completed his 2-summer project, the famous 9b+ “Bibliographie”, for the 5th ascent of the route after Megos, Ghisolfi, Bailey and Bouin. “Bibliographie” could be divided into an 8b+ approach, an 8A+ boulder and a stamina 9a. Hard, long, random and subject to conditions, this route is real testpiece. The end of a long siege and several stays in Céüse for Jorge, who worked on the route countless times and had been at the crag since early September, as well as throughout May and June. This is the second 9b+ climbed by Jorge this year, after his first ascent of “Mejorando la Samfaina” in Margalef and his most difficult repeat, which until then had only been some 9b’s in the country. A major accomplishment ! Watch just below the end of his send go, with the joy and liberation of clipping the anchor and so many attempts and days spent on the route. Well done!
