Plutôt habituée du harnais et de la corde, l’américaine Michaela Kiersch a réalisé pas mal de belles réalisations en bloc depuis ce début d’année, avec entre autres en mars son premier 8B+ bloc avec “Hailstorm” à Ogden, ou encore le debout de “Meadowlark Lemon” (8A+/B) à Red Rocks. En voyage en Suisse actuellement, Michaela vient de réaliser une super semaine à Magic Wood avec pas moins de 2 8B blocs classiques (“Steppenwolf” et “Riverbed”) et le célèbre 8B+ des lieux, “New Base Line”. Ce dernier aura succombé en seulement 4 petites séances, une pour faire les mouvements et 3 autres pour l’enchainement !
À noter que Michaela partage son voyage avec Nina Williams et Alex Puccio, cette dernière cochant récemment aussi “Steppenwolf” (8B). Le trio infernal n’a peut-être pas fini de frapper ici ! Ci-joint la balade de Michaela dans “Riverbed” (vidéo non-coupée).

Currently travelling in Switzerland, Michaela has just had a great week in Magic Wood by sending no less than 2 classic 8B boulders (“Steppenwolf” and “Riverbed”) and the most famous 8B+ of the area, “New Base Line”. This one got done fast in just 4 short sessions, one to learn the moves and the others to link!
